Autobiography
Khaniyev Bakyt was born on May 22 1995 in Kyzylorda. Doctor PhD in the specialty "Radio engineering, electronics and telecommunications" of the Physical and Technical Faculty of al- Farabi KazNU. The main scientific interests are problems of nanoelectronics and microelectronics. He is engaged in teaching activities, is the scientific supervisor of bachelor students. He has publications in the following journals: "Cogent Engineering", "Coatings", "Ain Shams Engineering Journal".
